Originally from New England, Ryan's wife Alicia has been living in Appleton, WI since 1999. She has been a State Farm team member since 2002. Alicia manages book keeping and digital media accounts, as well as customer care. Attention to detail and commitment to top-notch customer service are her main strengths. Alicia wants every customer to feel valued, well informed and confident, that all of their insurance needs are being met with efficiency and integrity. Outside of the office Alicia enjoys reading, hiking, baking, gardening and raising and tending to her monarch butterfly habitat.
